1. Messages through this application are meant to help you manage appointments. Based on your chosen preference, we will text you confirmations and reminders about your appointments. Additionally, we will text you updates about your appointment, like if we need to reschedule. This application and our phone number also allow you to communicate directly with Pat: if you have any questions, we'll do our best to reply.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the automated number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting Pat, or emailing Pat's friend Stephen, who built this here website, at stephen.searles@gmail.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a handful of messages per appointment you book. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

This scheduling site is built and managed for Pat by his friend Stephen. We use third party services for handling this data to provide the features described. We, and the third parties, may use the data in other ways that support those features, like to troubleshoot and improve our services or to prevent abuse. Security and privacy are goals here, and we strive to use up to date encryption and other practices, but by using this site, you consent that all of these parties will have some access to the data provided.
